This experience strengthened his expertise in multinational project management, logistics, strategic coordination, and leadership across diverse cultures. Leading complex regional initiatives gave him the clarity and discipline he now brings into his consulting, coaching, and community leadership.

Silvere Atsou currently serves as the President of AIESEC Alumni Middle East & Africa (MEA), leading a vibrant and diverse network of professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders across more than 26 countries. In this role, he is committed to strengthening the connections between alumni and fostering meaningful collaboration across borders. His leadership focuses on building a community that continues to embody the values of AIESEC leadership, responsibility, and global citizenship while creating opportunities for members to contribute to society and support the next generation of young leaders.
Beyond community building, Silvere works to position the AIESEC Alumni MEA network as a platform for impact, innovation, and partnership across the region. By connecting experienced professionals with emerging leaders, he encourages knowledge sharing, mentorship, and initiatives that contribute to youth empowerment and regional development. Through this work, Silvere strives to transform the alumni network into a powerful force that bridges continents, strengthens leadership ecosystems, and inspires lasting positive change.
